We had a great showing at Texas Tech Invitational! Greenhand Quiz 4th Greenhand Chapter Conducting 5th Greenhand Creed 7th 11th Radio 5th. There were about 20 team in each competition. Very proud of this Meadow FFA Family with all there hard work and great success!!!
Great job to the fourth graders for leading the second six weeks celebration for the elementary students! We celebrated honor students, perfect attendance, great citizenship, top readers, eager readers, individual awards, and Mrs. Lambright, the teacher if the month! Way to encourage your children in reading! The students have currently read over 7 million words!!! We are so proud of all of their hard work!
Gates for the football games will open at 5pm Thursday. Since we are hosting both a JH and HS game there will be a gate charge for the JH game. It will cost $4 for adults and $2 for students to enter the stadium. You will get both games for this price. Thank you for supporting Meadow Bronco football.

I am extremely proud of our Meadow FFA family! These young men and women have work extremely hard. Meadow FFA had the most participation in awhile. Nine teams made up of 20 students. We were able to hang some banners today with many more to come. One more step in winning!
Report cards will go out on Thursday for both the elementary and secondary campuses from now on at the end of each six weeks.
Thursday November 7th is Parents Night for the fall sports. We will be recognizing athletes and their parents who participated in Cross Country, Football, and Cheerleading. We will announce the students and their parents or guardians between the Junior High and Varsity football games on Thursday November 7th. Please plan to be there at 7:00. We will begin announcing shortly after the Junior High game ends.
We will take the district picture on Thursday, November 14th at 2:20 pm weather permitting. Please plan ahead and we need everyone to wear PURPLE!!

I am extremely proud of our Meadow FFA leadership teams that competed at the ASU Invitational yesterday. They have worked very hard! We have district coming up Monday and we will be taking seven teams to compete. Winning one step at a time. Proud of our Meadow FFA family!
School will dismiss next Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 3:25. (November 6th, 7th, and 8th) Buses will run at 3:35 on those days. The pep rally will start at 2:55 on Thursday. JH and Varsity football will play Whiteface on Thursday starting at 5:30.
We had a Spooktacular Book Club this morning at the elementary school! Thank you to all that provided breakfast for our families! We enjoyed time reading and taking AR tests!
