Great job competing at regionals the last two days for this group. It was a great year!


Meadow FCCLA had a very successful run this year at their state conference and we couldn't be prouder of them and all of their accomplishments.
Ebony and Melony Franco each received $1000 scholarships from H-E-B.
Aaron Cano received a $600 scholarship from WeHelpTwo and signed his commitment to Say Yes to FCS as he plans to major in Family & Consumer Sciences at Texas Tech University and becoming an FCS teacher and FCCLA advisor.
Isabela Hernandez went on stage to accept our Gold Outstanding Chapter award. This is the second year that our chapter has received an outstanding chapter award and the first year we have received a gold score.
Meadow FCCLA also had 9 students recognized at the state level for their scores on their Family and Consumer Sciences Assessments.

Meadow BroncoBots competed in the RoboRanch GEAR 2025 middle school competition today at Lubbock High School. So incredibly proud of all these students and their programming abilities. They all scored in the top 20 out of 67 teams. We brought home the following awards.
1st place team and Pinnacle Award - Brently McQueen, Kolt Rios, Steven Gonzalez and Bryson Cavazos
3rd place team and Pinnacle Award - Emma Moya, Lucas Vazquez and David Moreno

The JH robotics competition for 7th and 8th graders scheduled for tomorrow has been moved to next Saturday due to tomorrow's weather. As a reminder, signups for next weekend are due by 4pm on Tuesday and students will need to let Mrs Woodard know if they can attend next weekend.

Meadow FCCLA is hosting a hamburger plate fundraiser on Tuesday, April 8th. Please contact Ms. Rance to pre-order your plate for $10! Plates will include: hamburger, access to a burger bar for toppings, chips, and bottled water.


Our varsity boys were district runner up! Our girls earned third. We will be taking 17 kids to area! Last year we brought 5. A testament to our kids growth and more importantly the work they’ve put in. Very proud of our kids and coaches!
